I have very positive experiance to share regarding my purchase and after sales support from audiologist Dr Daniyal and Reetu mam. My buying was very pleasent experience. Mr Daniyal evaluate my hearing sid requirement very throwly and recommended suitable product. He very well offered reasonable discount to it and assured best service. Just 3 months later my ear phone charger stopped working so I took it to clinic. Reetu mam handled that issue very professionally and resolved it within 4 days. After that she explained to me how to use charger safe way. Those 4 days she was in touch with me on what's app and was giving me updates regularly. First of all I wud like to thank Sarang sir personally on helping and guiding to know more on hear aid information and it's selection, as it was tough job when one have 0 knowledge on it and honestly I was not aware on it previously. He showed hw to use it, do nd don'ts..etc. He is really a good nd truthful person by nature, my entire family is thankful to him specifically my Mom fr whom we had purchased L30 which is really good and in budget too. Phonak being good brand no doubt but person like Sarang sir take it to next level. Suggestion in general - Please do check up on time fr your loved once with genuine person.I wud suggest call Sarang sir/ Ear solution blindly nd Phonak as hearing aid rather than a mess. My name is Amruta Gore, I have been experiencing hearing loss from past 4 to 5 years. After a thorough audiology test my ENT told me that i have partial loss in my right ear and my left ear was alright, but after some days I completely lost the hearing capacity in my right ear.
