At long last I met one of your technologist who genuinely tried to find the problem with my hearing aid and went all the way to set it right. I am talking about Mr Manish Yadav. He is very helpful and polite and I genuinely wish that you keep more employees like him, because that will indeed create confidence in your company among your customers. I think most of your customers are senior citizens for whom to take out a substantial amount from their saved money to buy your instrument is a big decision. However, the decision is taken thinking that it will be an end to one big problem of communication. But the day the purchase is made we get hooked on to another equally big problem of dealing with your techies. They invariably miss their appointments, and once they reach the customers, they give such superficial service that next time the poor customers think of calling somebody from outside in the market. I almost got one such appointment for my instrument, but luckily I came across Mr Manish Yadav who was surprisingly very helpful. I thank him for that and wish you had more such persons to help your clients. Thanking you.

Very good experience today at D-188 Sector 27 center, which is improvement from past. Dr.Manish and Priyanka(i may be forgetting the right names), were very effective, patient and pleasant with my father to solve his issues with the Phonak accesories and configurations.And my father is highly satisfied wih the resolutions and all the care.
